Here is one. A while back our front ac air flow started to decline out of the vents. I changed the blower (I used genuine Motorcraft part) and the air is still at a low blow. I know the 2012s do not have a in-cabin air filter and the the fan speed works when switching speeds. It sounds like there is something blocking the intake (wherever that is). Has anyone had this issue and what was done to rectify my ‘no blow ac holes’.
Here’s what I’ve done:
1. Changed blower
2. Switched to heater (low flow too)
3. Tried running on normal to suck from outside (low glow)
4. Run on circulate to pull from inside (low flow)

Thanks but the speed control works fine. I can bet it is something with the cabin air intake whether it’s the in-cabin/outside air dampener that is stuck.
