I am resigned to canceling my Timberline order with the second row bench. Other than replacing the captains chairs with the 60/20/60 bench are there any after market consoles, tables etc that would fill the hole between the benches?

Maybe you could work a Navigator second row console.

Perhaps I will like it. would be easy enough to get an upholstery shop to make a dense foam insert gor the times you want it flat.

I have to tell you I wish I went with the bench seat. all the crap we put in the middle between the two seats rolls around while driving and drives me insane. Keep me posted if you go with a third-party option

When I carry adults around in the second row, which is often these days, we love the captains chairs. When I'm hauling cargo I hate them.

Just a thought. I made mine and it serves the purpose. 2011 Expy King Ranch EL. It's anchored to the seat belt mounts for the two seats. Now cargo mode can haul pretty much anything.

I am in the process of looking into having a dense foam piece made that will fill the gap. It would essentially function the same way with the benefit of being easily moved.
