I got the 2 inch roll x 50 feet on Amazon and some 3M knifeless tape. I also really recommend the gloves.

Vinyl Wrap Gloves for car.... https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09436LXTL?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share
I see how the 3M vinyl wrap is for covering the chrome, but what is the knifeless tape for?

I got the idea for the knifeless tape from a YouTube video. It basically makes it where you don’t have to use a razor blade near the paint. It’s a thin filament that you tape along the bottom side of the trim. Then you put the vinyl over the top of it and you can just pull the filament through the vinyl. Nice clean cut with no chance of blade vs paint. And you get exactly the line of where you put it.

You Tube University, love it. did you go with cold pressing tape on only or a heat gun to help form the vinyl?

I did it all cold then used a heat gun to smooth it and set it. It went on pretty easy but there’s definitely a little learning curve. I’d say start with the passenger door and get it down. It’s perfectly straight. Then do the driver (under the mirror is tricky) and the back (around the corner is also a little challenge).
