Just checked oemfordparts.com and the kit I got from the dealer (AU2Z-2V001-E) is listed for F-250s/350s and E250s/350s! Definitely going to get the right pads and see if that fixes the issue!
Just went to the dealer and checked everything on their computer. AU2Z-2V001-E was superseded by AU2Z-2V001-F and shows as a fit for the Expedition and F150, so no luck there. Will try swapping the pads around in the calipers and see if that makes a difference since the pads aren't marked or tagged for specific inner/outer placement. If no luck, I'm stumped unless the master cylinder has failed somehow since I find it hard to believe that both calipers and flex lines would fail the exact same way at the same time.

UPDATE: pulled the driver’s side caliper, swapped the pads, and cracked both the master cylinder line and bleeder screw. Tested it all and no more dragging! Not sure what I fixed, but I’ll take the win on this! Truck now rolls freely out of my garage (very slight incline, good low speed test) and doesn’t feel restricted while driving now. Will keep an eye on it but (fingers crossed) all seems good now.

Thanks all for your input!

Ok, thanks for the clarification. Guess I'll break down and get the camber kit at some point after I get the brake issues sorted out. I'm good on camber on the right and "on the border" on the left. Truck is still tracking straight.
Honestly the whole thing made no sense to me until I went through the process of replacing the arms and installed the kit myself. Seems crazy to me that the trucks are not adjustable with the factory-installed hardware. The alignment shops love it though because they only have to center the steering wheel and adjust tow-in.

I agree, but I guess there aren't many techs out there that are comfortable with the prybar method of setting camber! :D I'll order the kit and install it next month then have it realigned permanently. There's also a shop a friend uses that pretty old school and might be able to do it without the kit.
