I just bought my 2017 expedition EL, and even though the wiper switch is turned off its still on the really slow setting about every 10 seconds. My wipers are going. Is it an easy fix? When I get going in stops

Welcome to the forum. Your wiring might be bad. Might want to check it.

If you have auto wipers, the rain sensor by rear view mirror will turn on if wiper switch is left in an on position. Yours is newer than mine, so may have to check owners manual.
