Is your center speaker cover “wavy”? Basically it looks like it’s flimsy plastic and only has 3 anchor points. It rattles because it’s not really secure. They replaced it once already, this one is a lot better than the original one.

It’s much different than the B&O on the raptor and basically every other ford center dash speaker I saw on a lot. All of those it looks good and everything is straight/even/flush.

That is warped.

The design will always be problematic as that area sits right in the sun. I have not looked but maybe it can be removed and some THIN double sided 3m tape be placed around to secure it.

Yep, that looks like crap. Don't put up with it. These are $$$ vehicles.

This was discussed in another thread a few months ago where multiple people posted pictures with the same issue. My 2022 303A Max looks the same as yours. This photo was taken the day it arrived at the dealer. It was built on 6/16 and was delivered on 7/11, so it didn't sit in the sun long. I don't believe its gotten any worse over the the past 4 months. My take is it's a design flaw and not a material quality issue.

Has anyone had it replaced? Always helpful to know there's a solution because causing a fuss.

Yes the picture I posted was the same day I picked it up from the dealer after they replaced it. It’s a design flaw I’m assuming.

Mine is like this too. What I find more annoying is the seam where the dash meets the instrument cluster, behind the steering wheel. It looks like it needs to be "snapped" together better, but it won't. Has a slight gap on one side.

@TimberExpy yup same issue on mine. I doubt it's an easy fixed, the bezel is tight in the middle and open almost 1/8" in both corners. Looks like a bad mould and/or needs a connection point right in the corner.16681114128086494079213954537008.jpg

I have had the oil changed on this thing twice now (actually 3 times) and I keep forgetting to mention it to them. I am hoping that if anyone gets this fixed or at least looked at, or the other issue with the center speaker, that they report back here what the result was.
