So what is that part supposed to be? The front skid plate? Transmission skid plate?View attachment 75621
Just got this from the parts department. Does anyone know if it will work on my Limited SPP? Maybe not the front plate, like the previous post state that it does sit higher.
All the plate that is in the timberline that may work on SPP per the parts department. Just didn’t want to pull the trigger, so expensive. So what is that part supposed to be? The front skid plate? Transmission skid plate?
I also found that same part for $1,154 here https://ford.worldoemparts.com/oem-parts/ford-skid-plate-nl1z5d032b
$2400, are you kidding me. I think i'm all in around $1200 for the RCI with the new catalytic converter guards. And yes, it wasn't perfectly bolt on and I had a few pieces i added here and there, but man, it's is far beefier than these parts. I don't have a fuel tank skid but i'm working on that with RCI.View attachment 75621

I just ran across this today. If you shop around, you can find it for around $235. Part #NL1Z5D032CAny word on when the real tranny skid plate will be available?
I know. I thought it was kind of crazy too. Saw the RCI, looks good, I may do that. Wonder if that would void any warranty? Keep us posted on the fuel tank.$2400, are you kidding me. There's reality no way it could blood any warranty, as it doesn't really modify anything. I used all existing holes in the frame, drilled a couple holes in the skid plates but that's it.I know.
