It fit perfectly:
The only thing I had to do was sort through my nuts and bolts to find 2 nuts and washers to fit.Engine Cover.jpg

Did you happen to take a photo (or 2) of the engine before putting the cover on? Curious to compare it to my SPP engine.

There have been 4 pictures in this thread of engine covers. There are two distinctly different versions of that cover. One of them says Raptor on the front top and is shaped differently - the front is molded longer, perhaps to stretch over that bulging device mounted on the top front?

The other version says "Ecoboost" on the top front, and is accompanied by comments that it does not fit. Look at how much more space there is in front of the mounting holes on the Raptor version to get a view of the difference.

Can someone who has the Ecoboost version confirm that they in fact bought the same part number as the Raptor version? Is Ford selling them indiscriminately?

I think you're on to something. Closer look at my SPP engine bay pic vs the one with the cover above, betcha that's the one that works!

So checking the notes above, both dhenderz and Expy Gator are reporting ordering almost the same part number. The first character is different - MR7Z-6A949-A will fit according to Expy Gator and say Raptor on the top. KR7Z-6A949-A will not fit per dhenderz.

yes I did - you can see it does have the large protruding bracket on the drivers side of the engine. With this engine you need the '21-'22 version of the engine cover. It fits over this bracket.

@Expy Gator looks awesome. Somewhere on here I read that the cover might have been left of for better heat management. Probably the wrong time of year, but have you noticed any issues?
