2019 - OBD port not communicating with SCT BDX

Tried doing some searching but didn’t have much luck.
I have a 2019 Expedition and got a brand new SCT Performance BDX tuner.
Plugged it into the OBD port and nothing happens. Does not turn on.
Checked all of the fuses inside the passenger cabin.
Friend’s Snap-On scanner (self powered - battery) is able to communicate via OBD.
Anyone else experience this?

Pin 16 on the OBD is power. Check it with a meter.

Checked it with my multi-meter, getting 0V.

Is there a fuse for this?

Your SCT BDX might be faulty. There is a micro usb port for the BDX. Have you tried powering it on with a computer and updating it?

Edit: Just realized you're getting 0v on pin 16... so your BDX is probably fine.

I’ll actually try that too… just to make sure this isn’t a faulty tuner.
