I called the dealership to schedule the drop off. The earliest date is December 20th. The customer service guy said based on his experience with previous customers the only way to fix the issue is by replacing the tires. He checked their tickets and found at least three customers with same issue same 2022 expedition SPP. At this point I think Ford should recall the tires. Anyway, he said two of the customer paid for new tires. I asked if Ford can give me a credit, he said he was not sure if they can request the credit.

Dealer replaced my generals with Defender LTX M/S - Ford picked up the tab. On my 20 min ride home, it's noticeably better. Rides like a truck, but with a very firm suspension. Tech came out and said the Michelins required far less weight to balance, one tire went from 5 oz (yes, 10 little weight stickers) down to 1.5 oz, just to show the quality of the QC with different brands.
Dealer had a 2019 or 2020 LTD Stealth on the lot, low miles (~28k), I took it for a ride to compare the drive. The 19/20 likely has more break-in, but the suspension feels softer and more forgiving than my 2022. The one thing I did notice was body roll. My 2022 is pretty planted through turns, over bumps, if a little harsh/firm, the 19/20 it tended to lean a bit more and the "softness" was felt. I'm not sure if it had CCD, my 2022 does not, but the ride was different.
Hopefully this fixed the issue.

The base springs on the pre refresh were firm. If the 20 you drove had 22s, it most likely had ccd. The base suspension handles world's better than the ccd, but the ride is vastly better. It is nice you have the opt now, but I the ride is firm enough on 20in, so I think 22in would be too much without the ccd.

I put on my winter wheels and tires - doesn't seem to be much change in regard to vibrations. It's weird because it's pretty smooth up until about 70-75 - hard to tell any vibrations outside of the normal road feel. However, by the time I hit 80 everything is shaking really badly - the dash, hood, all the seats, etc. The steering wheel doesn't shake, though.

I’ve never had good luck with any winter tires over 75/80 mph. While they might be rated for 112mph, unless it’s freezing out, I always have an unsettled feeling over that speed. I chalk it up to the fact they are designed for snow and ice. Not extended use or high speeds. That speed also creates a good deal of heat.
I don’t have dedicated winters for the expy though. So can’t comment on this model.
If it’s consistent and smooth up to 70, Maybe check the rear rotors. If they are out of balance it will vibrate at high speed too.

I have the same issue (on the original tires). Been to the dealer 3 times for roadforce balancing. Each time it has gotten a bit better, but still vibrates starting around 75. Can't get anywhere further with the dealer because they aren't allowed to drive the vehicle that fast to confirm the problem. I also have a set a winter wheels/tires on order. Should be here this week. Will be interesting to see if there is any difference. I have run winter wheels/tires on all of my vehicles for many years. Never had an issue with high speed balance issues.

Honestly I am starting to suspect something with the drivetrain or CCD suspension.
