I would only want the platinum for BlueCruise. Do not care about CCD, massaging seats, etc. Platinum is another ~$8,000 as well. My wife is prioritizing the stealth appearance/black wheels, much sportier appearance over BlueCruise. So I believe the Limited w/Stealth is the right vehicle for us. It's also her preferred color, White TriCoat Metallic, which coupled with the stealth package, looks pretty awesome/sporty, IMO.

Whatchu waitin for then, grab it before its sold. I guarantee it won't last past Thanksgiving if the dealer is offering those same rebates to others.

FWIW, the 303A is not the performance version. It's just the blacked out appearance package. If you want the extra horsepower, red calipers, and such, you'll want the 304A, which I bought and love. Definitely sucks we can't get BlueCruise, but the lane centering adaptive cruise control is surprisingly nice.

I ordered my 2022 Limited Max 303a in March. It just arrived and I will pick it up later this week. How long are you willing to wait? When I ordered, 3 dealers told me "4 months or so" for orders to arrive.

I looked at the car this weekend. What a disappointment. It looked like a rental car that had been worked hard. I'm used to the noisy Duratec Ford engines, but this was way noisier to the point of a knock that didn't't go away with rpm. To me is sounded like a VVT phaser or torque converter/flex plate lose bolts. I was shocked at the presentation for a $54K car.

Hi Guys. I'm a member on the F-150 forum and glad I found this site.

We are a family of four. I have a sweet 2021 F150 Lariat Powerboost. My wife has a 2015 Ford Edge. The Edge is just too small with 2 carseats and a dog. She's decided she wants a full size SUV and is set on the Expedition, which is fine with my since I'm obviously a Ford fan. Here's my dilemma...

There is a 2022 Expedition Limited 20 miles from our house that just got delivered two days ago. It is the Limited 303A, Stealth package, 3.73 EDLS, panoramic roof, HD tow (don't really need), cargo manager, and 15.5 inch Sync 4a. Dealer is offering it at MSRP of $80,975 less $1,500 ford rebate, less $1,000 discount from dealer, less my $2,000 Ford private offer = $76,475.

The other option is ordering a 2023. The same dealer I ordered my F-150 through will order it for me at invoice of $76,904 (MSRP is $80,020) less my $2,000 Ford private offer = $74,904.

So price is basically the same, $1,500 on an $80k car doesn't really move the needed much. It's go pick it up now vs wait for the order which who knows will come. But what I struggle with is this...is it kind of stupid to buy a 2022 when 2023's are being built? I think the vehicle is basically the same but resale would be higher with one model year newer?

Also: I built my F-150 Lariat with the active prep 2.0 package and I have BlueCruise. I friggin love it. But from what I'm reading BlueCruise is ONLY available on the Platinum Expedition. AND with the Platinum you can't get Stealth package. So if my wife wants the stealth package, she can't have BlueCruise. Is that right? If so, that's incredibly stupid on Ford's part.

Sorry for long thread, I'm really looking forward to thoughts from the group!

I bought a 2022 Stealth in the beginning of January, 2023. I had a half hesitation about it being a model year old, and thought...the hell with it. I'm buying a new vehicle AND as long as I don't go crazy driving every year, it'll be considered low mileage as I technically should be about 12K miles lower for the model year.
