Sharp looking vehicle. Just our of curiosity, were there any 'features" you were expecting at the time of ordering that had been deleted in the interim?

yes. They took the liberty of deleting the rear seat one touch windows (front still has it, so it's fine). They credited $50. The rear hatch hands free (basically the deal that lets you wave your foot under it to open) was also deleted for $55 credit. I had already chosen the auto start/stop delete for $50 credit.

Funny that those credits were noted, but my X-plan pricing from the original purchase order was the exact same, so the dealer evidently kept those credits for themselves... I wish I had pushed that issue, but it honestly slipped my mind.

There were no "we owe" items that others have mentioned such as the rear seat climate control buttons, so I'm thankful it came in with those already installed. Honestly, the hands-free tailgate has been sort of a love / hate deal on my 2020 Escape company car. It is finicky and only works for me about half the time to open, but 100% of the time it catches movement of my feet as I'm loading and closes the hatch on my head. If this Expedition did that to my wife... Let's just say she has less patience for quirks in cars than I do...

Did the bow or the hand on the paint finish leave any imperfections?
