@Frank Wilson Is there a way I can test the vacuum lines for the IWE? Thanks for the continued help.
I disconnected the line that goes to the IWE's and put vacuum on it and waited to see if it dropped. Mine didn't so I knew my IWEs weren't the problem.
I supposed you could jack one side with the engine running and spin the tire and see if the axle spins too.

@LokiWolf yes we have had the tires rotated and even took it back Discount Tire to have them inspect the area because of the sound. Been lagging on getting the video but I'll try to get to it tonight. Thanks
@LokiWolf @Frank Wilson. Here's the video, hopefully you can hear it. The sound happens in the first 15 seconds or so after I back up and start to pull forward and right at the end when I pull into my driveway. Those are the most noticable.

So after researching the IWE to see if it could be the problem I tried engaging the 4wd to see if the noise would go away and it actually was louder when it would happen to make the rubbing sound than if it was left in 2H. Any more thoughts? Thanks.

I had a hard time picking up the sound in the video. What I could hear faintly sounds like partial engagement.
It's possible the IWE'S teeth are completely shot and the driveshafts are making a racket when fully engaged.

If you can, jack up one front tire with the truck off. Then spin the tire and listen for bad stuff.
This is definitely an interesting issue.

@Frank Wilson I appreciate the response. So I changed the rotors and pads this past weekend because of a warping issue (which is a whole other problem) and did just that. I spun both with the tires off and couldn't hear a thing. I'm going to try again with the truck on to see what happens. It's seriously getting really frustrating. I would really hate to take it to a shop because of the cost but if I can't get it figured out soon I may have no other choice. I'll let you know after this weekend. Thanks again.

The other thing to take into account is I can sometimes drive and have it not happen at all. And other times it happens often‍♂️

There is a sound right at the end that sounds like an A10 Warthog , "brrrrrrrtttt". ?
Yeah I have to play it on my car radio to be able to turn it up loud enough to hear it. It makes the sound twice right at the end and a longer one in the beginning. I had new tires put on it yesterday and I know my alignment is off. Not sure if that's playing a roll, we'll see after I get that fixed.

That sound is odd.
I'm wondering if the power steering is the issue. I'll take a video of my sound.
