I uploaded mine on a usb stick took it to Staples/OfficeMax. They printed it out and put it in a folder nice and neat.

@Rednecked , I just came across this thread and am having the same issue as @mwar in Post 27. Maybe the link expires after a month? I'd be most grateful if you'd be willing to post it again. I have a Gen 3 manual currently so not very helpful.
