Mine arrived yesterday, trying to figure out how to get it here now as I tested positive for Covid and am a bit sick. Sales contact sent me this.
She sure is a beauty. If you need someone to drive you around in it let me know.

Hope you are feeling better soon, unless it is not to soon to call dibs.......

Looks like my wife's is setting in the rail yard. It was unloaded on the 17th.

After declining the ‘23 Timberline I found this ‘22 Platinum a few hours away and brought it home today. Here are A few random first impressions of the Platinum after a 200 mile drive home and a few hours with the car (no particular order):

1. Stone blue is an awesome color. In sun it looks totally grey. In shade it looks a little more blue and once sun sets it looks black.

2. The platinum interior finish, colors, materials, and leather quality is really nice. For those still shopping, this alone is worth the 3-4k price delta.

3. The ride on the 22s, even with CCD, is mildly (noticeable but not problematic) harsher than the Timberline with 18s and more tire.

4. 400hp is plenty quick from 0-60 and from 40-60, 60-80, etc. No discernible difference from HO 440. Got 17.9mpg combined over 200 miles mix of back roads/hills and interstate with some traffic.

5. BlueCruise is basically dynamic cruise control. You have to hold the wheel. It shuts off from time to time. It takes you too close to center line on two lane roads. Nothing wrong with it but certainly not a hands free or autonomous driving capability. In fact I am going to inquire about what it actually does beyond dynamic cruise with lane keeping.

Bottom line- I love it.
Good luck to all and happy new year.

Figured I’d share this bit of info on what appears to be a price increase for expeditions effective 12/1. My 2nd order came in at msrp about $1300 higher than the first from end of November. I double checked my printouts from ford configuration and also my order sheet and found it consistent in both papers. I guess that went along pretty quietly as I can’t find anything about it online. Just noticed today that one is “price level” 315 and the next 325.

Stone blue is the best color. I love mine! It's not what I was expecting when I ordered (Ford had the build and price color wrong in 2022, fixed in 2023).

I could never do the light interior with my daughters softball equipment and dirt.

Stone blue is bad ass. I went back and forth between that and Dark Matter. Ended up with Dark Matter, but it was a toss up for me.

Looks nice! Good luck with the new ride. Hope the kids aren't too upset that the F250 is gone.
