I Just got my 2023 Limited Stealth last Saturday and I am off on Monday to go get Ceramic Tint on all Windows, Windsheild and Sunroof. I am looking to get the IRX nano tint over the CTX nano (only $100 total more). I live in Texas, so main reason is to keep the heat lower inside for the kids and all during summers. Just wanted to see if anyone had any thoughts or insights that I should be thinking about before I go through with it on Monday.
Thanks all, you all help so much when I have questions!!!!

Ceramic tint does wonders for keeping the heat out. It sounds like you're going all-in on your Expedition. Hope you got one of the good ones
I love it so far. The Tailgate is not motor opening every time so think i have to get them to service it soon, but that is not something that is keeping me from loving the truck!!! Just have to find some free time to get the tailgate fixed and I will be good to go.

Had my fronts tinted yesterday. 35% and a dark brow above the windshield. Like the way it looks and hope it keeps the heat down. Black interior!!

I did ceramic tint on my 2014. I did all windows except the windshield. Works great. I have a Covercraft windshield shade for when I’m parked.

I loved the ceramic tint on all the windows in my van. I took the Expedition to the same place, but they no longer do windshields. They say because ceramic interferes with sensors like lane assist and automatic wiper sensors. I found a mobile shop that would do it, but he only had a darker tint and no clear.

If the Tint is done correctly it is done on the inside and goes around the sensor on the top of windshield (cut around sensor on top middle so no tint on them). Lane assist and wipers work great (this is for clear tint).

Good to know - I am considering doing the same to my 2017 EL Limited but got concerned when I read the issue with sensor interference. Thanks for the info..
