Unable to clear seat belt warning after someone exits

I have had this happen many times and wondering if others have experienced this issue. After someone exits the vehicle the seat belt warning on the center of the screen and the little red indicator are permanently on the screen. There is no way to clear it, the ok image is not displayed. The truck must be restarted to clear it and be able to use the middle screen again. Is there somewhere to report these glitches? Otherwise they will never be fixed and I don't think the dealer will do anything because they will just say they want to see it happen. There must be somewhere you can report issues with sync?

I think you have to put the vehicle in park and then back in drive and if resets. Had it on our XLT also.

Thanks, I will check that next time, but I don't think it works because I would put it in park to restart the vehicle and I don't recall the ok button reappearing when I do so.

@solas19 , the suggestion @2020FordRaptor made included not only putting it in park, but then back into drive. See if it clears after you drive away after cycling through park and then back to drive again. I wouldn't be surprised if the 60 second timer comes into play as well, so give it a minute before you give up.

I've been wondering the same about bug reports. It would be great if they had somewhere to report software glitches like this. I work in the software business and end user bug reporting is a basic and critical piece to improving product stability and user experience/satisfaction
