I would appreciate any very current buying information on recent orders placed in 2023 for Expedition Max Stealth 303a with 2nd row bench seat, HD towing and CCD options. I could only find about 3 month information. Looking to place order with in next 2 weeks and wanted to know what current business climate is like. Any regional, cash back, retail ordering incentives etc that may be available. I am located in Tennessee.
Thanks for the help!

For regional incentives your best bet is the Ford website and the dealership. There doesn't appear to be much for the Expedition at this time. Maybe $1,000 rebate. Could be different in TN, but dealers in NJ have hardly any and I believe are still charging over sticker. I got one from Atlanta to not pay over sticker. I've seen some other postings on FB where dealers were selling slightly under sticker, but who knows if that's true.

Local dealer just printed off some sample truck options-Limited and Platinum trims. Didn't discuss prices at all other than the printed/listed MSRP on the basic build sheets-i didnt know exactly what we wanted yet. No mention of any add on $$ above MSRP.

Ordered a 2023 Max Limited in January , built on Ford website, ordered through Coconut Ford, SW Florida
No incentives, no cash back of any kind.
Dealer is charging MSRP , tax and some miscellaneous document fees .
There was a mention of market adjustment fee , which quickly went away as I got up to walk out the door

We bought ours off a dealers lot in Williamson county a few weeks ago, as they had a '22 XLT that was almost exactly what we wanted (only missing sunroof but we can live with that) versus waiting months for it to arrive. Paid 1k under MSRP, and got a GREAT price for our Volvo trade.

It really comes down to the dealer and if you have a trade as well. Ford was also offering special financing rates on '22s that was a nice bonus.

Placed my 2023 order (Limited w/ 2nd row buckets, 303A, CCD, 3.73 ControlTrac, HD trailering, 15.5" screen) on 16Dec, it showed up on the dealer lot 6Mar. Took delivery on 13Mar, paid MSRP sticker. No cash back, only available incentives were Military $500 (was not using Ford financing).
