A few weeks ago the GPS stopped working on my 2019 Expedition Limited. The lower left corner of the navigation screen shows the letters "GPS" inside a red circle with a red line through it. Also the map in the Ford App on my phone shows an inaccurate location. I did a "module reset" by pressing and holding the Volume and Seek Right button. Then also did a "Master Reset" in the settings section of the touch screen. Neither reset fixed the issue.

I called the dealership and they said they rarely come across this issue, they don't know what could cause it, it's not covered by Ford, and it will cost me $160+ for a diagnostic check plus whatever the cost is to repair it.

Has anyone had a similar issue or know of a possible fix I should try before taking it to the dealership??

Thanks!

Someone a little bit ago posted the Service Manual for 2018-2021. I would get that to start with. In looking at that manual it looks like the GPS and Satellite Radio share the same antenna. Is your satellite radio working? If yes, then from there the antenna goes into two different modules. If a module problem then most likely only Ford could diagnose that. If antenna or antenna cables that might be something you want to tackle.
