2011 Expedition- Anyone know where I can find a washer fluid hose routing for the rear sprayer and any common points of failure I should check before tearing out the interior? I haven't noticed any leaks coming out of the body, carpet or headliner. Where is the motor for that nozzle at?

Not sure about the routing, but the pump for that is the one up front on the washer bottle. You can remove the pass side headlight and have plenty of room to remove and replace it. You can see both rubber lines hook to it. This is the only bottle and pump for both the front and back washers.

My rear hose came apart in the ceiling panel on the passenger side just in from the hatch. It was tight getting it plugged back together and a zip tie around it, but I got it done.

Mine has been in state for months. How do you get the headliner down?

I didn’t take it all the way down. I just removed the back trim piece (pulls off) and pulled the top of the right rear trim off and pulled down the headliner some. Like I said- there wasn’t much room.

Have you found any videos on how to replace the entire hose? The rear washer hose line in my 2014 Expedition has so many breaks in it, I have to replace the entire line. It's been repaired a few times, but the plastic has gotten so brittle that it's just kind of disintegrating. I've been quoted $400-$500 for a mechanic to do it, almost all of which is labor.

My old 08 rear washer hose came apart just inside the firewall, close to the RH fuse panel. The washer pump had been replaced and they must have pulled the hose. I opened the access to the fuse panel and found both ends of front and rear hoses. Reconnect and good to go.

I found diagrams online that showed hose to be in several sections. Finding the connections was the problem. I did find the exact repair on YouTube after some digging. YouTube how-tos have helped bunches.
