Well, the Melamine pad and Blue Magic did not work....On to the Bar keepers friend. unless I need a real buffing toll for the blue magic.

I will ask about warranty coverage next time I take it in.

That should really work. Works great for me, outside of that another one that I use believe it or not is a product for hot tubs, called Off the Wall. It works well to remove water and chemical stains, it's about the only thing that takes the stains off of the chrome plated plastic waterfall in my hot tub. Sometimes I even use that with a magic eraser if its really bad.
