So I just fitted a 2019-2020 Raptor steering wheel with paddle shifters to my 2021 Expedition Platinum. I can confirm direct plug and play. Only adjustment I had to do was swap out the right side raptor wheel controls with the Expedition ones and they all work with no rewiring needed. So for anyone who hates the Manual button shifts in the center console this is a great little upgrade. Most difficult part was getting the airbag out as every tool I had was either to wide or not long enough to depress the spring clips, so I had to go out and buy a Husky hex set. The 3mm hex was perfect for the airbag release. After that it was all easy. Have included a few pics of the finished result. Added a carbon fiber bezel to the wheel for the added finish. Any questions feel free to ask me.

Great job...I hate the manual shift buttons on the center console as well! I wonder if the 2023 raptor wheel is plug and play with the 2022+ Expedition?

Very possibly might be. Just have to buy a wheel and try it I guess. Just return for a refund if it doesn't work lol. My Raptor wheel was $475 used, on Ebay. Hate to think how much the new one's are.

I have asked this question in F150 forums but it always goes unanswered.

So when you use the Raptor paddles for shifting, does it manually shift gears different than the +/- on the console? Or just lockout top gears and you have to switch to manual mode on the console?

Ie driving down the road (not in manual). And I flick the down shift, does it actually downshift or just lockout the highest gear?

I appreciate any info, I’ve considered the swap but not without actual non Raptor vehcile behavior. I don’t want to assume it works like the Raptor.
