Phew! After reading this thread I took my '23 into the dealer to have them check. Mine was build in Dec. '22 so it fits in that timeframe of the TSB. When I asked them to check it out and showed them the TSB, or I guess SSM# and they said "well have you had a problem?". Uh no people, I'm asking you to check so I don't HAVE a problem in the future!! Duh... Long story short, I'm all good!

This JUST happened to my 2022 Timberline. I went out to put something in the back, opened liftgate and heard horrid crunching sound.
Calling dealer. What did dealer tell you?? Please help
My body shop stated it to to be “delamination”. Went to Ford dealer. Haven’t heard back yet.
