Hi all - Pretty much what the title says. As soon as I insert a new 10amp fuse into #25 slot, it blows. Car on or off doesn't matter, probably because the demand lamps would be calling for power with the door open. I assume this is because there is perhaps an exposed wire somewhere along the way. Would anyone know where to go about looking first? Is there a diagram of this circuit?

Thanks for any help!

I would start at the visor because the wires go through the hinge assembly. Remove the visors and unplug the pig tail. You may be able to disconnect the wire and slide an insulating sleeve into the hinge,

You are the man! I’m not sure why I don’t come here first for all of my Exp issues. No Ford tech or body person has ever been able to resolve this issue. Sure enough I unscrew the passenger side visor and yep, there’s a screw right through the wire, grounding it to the frame. Put some electrical tape on it and popped in a new fuse and everything is back working. Thank you!!
