Looking for info on the sizes (with part numbers) that were available for my Expy (from reading here i beleive there were 3). I can find some part numbers, but they dont list the sizes on the lniks ive clicked. Do not believe that this truck saw much towing in its life(hitch looks unused. no sign of a brake control having been in it). Thinking i might want to go bigger and be ready for the occasional load. Much about this truck is base model so guessing the smallest bar is in the rear.
Took a long trip recently (not towing) and noticed that at highway speeds and better, on bumpy patchy corners it feels like the rear is doing the texas 2 step. It had all new loaded struts at each corner when i bought it, and they feel pretty stiff.
Any advice on varying tire pressures would be welcome as well.

There's a number of things you could do to help, I don't think a larger OE bar would be worth it. I'd either go straight to Hellwig, or consider getting better struts like 4600s or 5100s if wanting to lift.

I dont plan to add lift. Seems fine to me the way it is. The truck was recently purchased and had new loaded struts at all corners and to me they are a bit on the stiff side.
