    I order it. Good idea, I can close valve and check how engine works. If overheating disaper it means that maybe vavum selenoid stuck... and my theory was good, but ow is middle of the night here and I will check it tomorrow. If I need to replace SV haven't idea how remove it without disasembly...

    One reason more why in my opinion it is not a head gasket. Today was warmer, about 55 F. I started and completely cooled down engine few times. All time without overheating.     This one : ?? hmmmm... 3 years ago I removed intake because had some false air, if I know.... EDIT: I remeber that I had one or two times fault from this sensor on OBD tester. I thought sensor fault was because of overheating not overheating because of sensor fault.

    yes. only higher amps can burn relay. High amper means: - hard working pump - electrical short circuit

    It should be few amps at idlle, but better to check it when driving because current draw is changed by temp and fuel flow.

    You need to find "dark green/yellow" wire. It is wire from relay to the Inertia Fuel Shut off switch and from switch to the pump. Because on junction box you have "few" wires and is not to easy located "dark green/yellow" one, the simpliest way to check fuel pump is use "Inertia Fuel Shut off...

    You can check it with engine off and broken relay. You need to bypass battery + with power supply for fuel pump. Now I don't have electric diagram but try to find.

    I use 30 amp relay because it is standard car relay ( normal size ). My fuel pump workf fine. Power consumption is lower than 20A. I wrote you why I think that it can be fuel pump... but first need to check current for pump, and soldering new relay on PCB.
