    Soooo ... The Sparkplug was the problem? You have an oil leak, no matter what plug you use you're still going to have an oil leak. SMH

    Tried a few more dealers in PA today, still no answer. Gettin comical at this point. The plugs on 5.4 don't go thru the Valve Cover at all. You're not related to Pineapple Kush, are you? lol

    Thanks Jeff. If that O-Ring were to leak however how could that cause any smoke, a miss etc...? Even a bit of water in there would still be kept out by the plug itself.     There is an O-ring in the Cy Head above Spark Plug as shown in picture. 2010 Expy 5.4 3V 4WD I have looked everywhere, Diagrams don't even show it. Mine were dried, brittle etc... I assume it's to help keep moisture out. Would love to reinstall with new ones. Thanks.
