I think you’ve about covered it. Only other corrective things I’ve done on mine (170K 2013 King Ranch 4x4) are the positive battery clamp, rear HVAC blend door controller, drivers door switch, seeping rear pumpkin seal, changed to 1 piece lug nuts from OEM 2 piece, and replaced the A/B switch...- Snuffy

No start
Check for a loose positive battery cable around the post due to corrosion. It’s a known Ford problem that does NOT require replacing the entire wire assy. Basically the positive cable no longer has full contact w the battery post and nothing works. It if happens while driving, or if it’s loose...- Snuffy

Finally picked up my 2012 Limited
I’ve got a 2013 which has been great. Also heard great things about the GX, which other than cargo space and using high octane fuel, isn‘t all that different. Just curious why the switch?- Snuffy

Positive battery terminal - almost broke..
Seconding GlenSullivan’s post on page 1, you can change out the top end of the cable without having to replace the whole wiring harness. I did it on my 2013, and the total cost of the Ford part was about $25. Haven’t had any problems in the last 2yrs/45K miles. SSM 48123 - 2012-2019 Various...- Snuffy
