    No volume at all

This happened to me on a 24 Limited. Turns out the instrument I had plugged into the OBD port (Smart Data Link in Ford terms) had gone bad and it shared a fuse with the Audio Amp. Anyway, after unplugging the bad OBD device and a soft reset, everything back to working now.

Hellwig 7696 is installed on 2024 Expedition

@Hellwig this may be the better thread to ask: the energy suspension brackets are smaller than the stock hellwigs. Any ideas if it’s ok to crank them down (seemed to work ok) or if you need a shim to make them the same z-height as the stock hellwigs? (Using the energy suspension bushings to get...

    CCD reset needed?

Hi — anyone know under what conditions we should reset the CCD? Also, are we certain that CCD retains drive memory? Example: moving from 22” wheels to 18” wheels … is CCD reset needed? Is the original setting different than, for example, a timberline stock vs platinum with different wheel sizes?

    Hellwig Front Bushing Replacement

Hi all -- the energy suspension brackets are a bit shorter than the helwig stock bushing brackets. Did you just not worry and crank them down? Or did you use a shim of some sort to make them equal?

    2023 Expy sway measurements?

Yes. I just did this project on my own ‘23 limited stealth (non performance) with the Hellwig replacement bar. Great results.

    22” to 18” winter tires

thanks for that reply. I was missing some confirmation on moving to the 18s for those that HAVE the CCD suspension package. I wouldn't have thought twice without the CCD, but some comments about suspension tuning had me wondering if it would work out.

Hellwig 7696 is installed on 2024 Expedition

Hi there -- I wish I had the skill to replace the rear sway bar myself, but I will probably end up breaking something. You've consulted with a lot of people on this and I'm wondering if you could provide instructions you'd give to a local shop to do the work? Basically I would need to...
