Hello,
I have been around for a while since I bought my 2016 as a Ford CPO. Essentially there was an issue with the CPO warranty paperwork, and costly repairs.
Dealership paid it off fully.
I searched and didn't find this question answered. I found the thread about bumper towing a small utility trailer. I am considering renting a small utility trailer from Home Depot, or maybe a small trailer from U-Haul to haul a bed frame that won't quite fit in the 2016 EL.
It would fit if I...
If you push sometimes you can get Ford to cover it under the 100,000 mile corrosion coverage.
EDIT: TSB is TSB 17-0062

It varies depending on the section. Third Gen forums are pretty active and helpful. For scan has a lot of good information. The Lounge is a bit of a Wild West.
In my 2016 in the left hand display there is a menu item for this auto or last settings. When I go to work at 5:00 am it can be in the low 40’s and high 60’s when I head home. However it doesn’t seem to do much when set to auto.
Hill Descent mode works lets you set a speed between 2-20 mph, and assists up to 40 mph. Coming down either side of Donner Summit that is way to slow for the flow of traffic. These are areas where if you left our vehicles go they will easily hit 90+, and the curves are best below 60, some...
Manual downshifting will work, even without Tow/Haul, but it doesn't immediately. If you drop 2-3 gears it works its way down.
It works best if you anticipate. If you are already going fast use the brake, then let it hold you from accelerating too much.
There are at least 3 versions of the hub, possibly 4
2 USB port has a Ford and Lincoln version with different LED colors
I do not know if the 1 USB port version has a Lincoln version or not.
The one port version is for vehicles that have a USB port elsewhere in the dash as well. Supposed to...
I had a similar issue. Took escalating it with SiriusXM, and eventually they said when I subscribed it for radio, it ended the 5 years free Travel Link. Only a full price, not discount package gets to keep the travel link.
I have about 2000 miles on https://www.tirebuyer.com/tires/ironman/all-country-a-t/p/TV153000606
So far I am happy. Good traction in the limited off pavement (gravel/mud) I have done. Little more noise than the tire they had when I got it, but not bad.
If it doesn’t have the factory trailer brake that means it also doesn’t have the larger transmission cooler. (At least on previous years). Towing capacity is around 6,000 or so.
Supposed to also have the terrain management system that first showed up in the Raptor. No, it isn’t a Raptor.
After reseating the gas cap it may take a few times driving and shutting off for it to turn off. Since it happened right after a full up, probably was just loose or seated incorrectly.
My cousin is getting married the weekend before Christmas in the Salt Lake City area. Thoughts on driving from Sacramento area. I can work from wherever the week of Christmas.
Expected state of I-80, time to allow, etc.
Figure Dinner Pass is one of the most likely road closures. Not that...
