    Above the plug in the circle in your first pic, there is a metal bracket in which it slides/clips on. When mounted, the stickered side faces towards the outside/left w/ the plugs facing your shin when in the driver seat.

    If I'm on a call, my phone switches immediately with car off, as soon as I open the door, from car speakers via bluetooth to phone speaker.

    Do you know if the rear backup camera on the '18 and '21 are the same? Had a '21 Edge w/ sync 4 as a loaner (cam phasers and VCT solenoids replacement) and that backup camera looked a lot worse than my '18 Expedition's rear camera.
