    As a guy that puts tooling into our bodyshops, I can assure you that we provided no resistance welding equipment on current model Expedition (OP described a 2021 model). For current model, the roof is 100% self-piercing rivets. (Pop rivets are something else).

    Those aren't spot welds, but rather self piercing rivets (SPR's). Ford doesn't do a whole lot of aluminum spot welding, and certainly not on the roof ditch.     "Scheduled to Week" is pretty loose, and "Scheduled to Day" is pretty firm. Well, unless they change, which they have for me. My "Scheduled to Day (Feb-22-2022)" is now "Scheduled to Week (Week -of Mar-28-2022)"

    Gas siphon

    The anti-rollover valve also functions as an anti-siphon valve, i.e., it's hard to stick a hose into the tank. You'll have to build something with a small tube that can fit through it.

    Mine's push back to the week of 3/21, from a specific date of 3/5. Originally had a week of 2/14. I sold my '04, so I'm a bit nervous having only one car right now, especially given that I need charging stations instead of gas stations if I need to hit the road.

    There are already lots of threads about both of these. But the eLSD has been decoupled from the HD tow; if you want clutch-based lockers, you need to add the eLSD. The DVD rear entertainment system has a commodity restraint, so you can't order that, either.

    Was it still under warranty? That's a factory defect. For long term effectiveness, you don't want to just use any plain old glue. That stuff is an expanding mastic made specifically for aluminum (among other materials).

    Funny, the visibility system is showing mine moved up a day, from the 23d to the 22d. Of course, it was originally schedule for a week earlier.
