Your lights are the Harley Davidson style and I agree, the square projector looks good with them. I'm looking at the Lightning style which have a very defined round bucket reflector. Still deciding, but it's nice to know they'll fit. It seems the FXR is a marginally better light, but you...
Very cool. I've been looking at those honeycomb grills wondering why they wouldn't fit the Expy. So is the difference in the hole size you used the plumbers tape for the only incompatibility?

'01 EB with (I think) every option. 2nd row capt chairs. Sticker new was 42k - 45k IIRC. Bought in '05 60k miles, Texas truck. $17,000 through Ebay w/ $550 delivery.
Then
& now...
It should stop after a few seconds as the engine revs. Mine's noticeable after stopping at a light. I take off and the fan is roaring and seems to suck half the power, but once the rpms come up it only takes a few seconds for it to disengage.

That is nice. Looks like more than 4" from this angle though. It must use a drop-diff type lift on front? I thought those were all 6" minimum? If it really is just 4", I'd be interested to know what kit it is.

It's been 8 or 9 years. Can't remember for sure. I used Precision Gear w/ the mini install kits. I'm guessing 700 - 750 in parts back then? I did the installs myself.

295/70R18 (34.3")
Wheels are 18x8.5, 0 offset / 4.75" BS
1" crank on the t-bars. Bumper corners trimmed, but no rubbing.
Edit: Never added pictures...

Got them this morning. The 295/70 did fit. Just barely. They do clear the back of the wheel well & I had to trim a chunk off the lower corner of the valence at the front as expected.
I'll get some pics up soon. These really do fill the wheel wells. Not really wanting a big lift now...
My '01 EB Expy is in need for some TLC & updates. Tires are first on the agenda. It needs them. Badly. Some specs:
'01 EB Expy 4x4
towing pkg
4r100 valve body update
SCT xcal2 (troyer perf)
wheels are 18x8.5, 0 offset / 4.75" BS
4.55 gears
rear coil airbags
tires currently are...
Loaded up, this is close to 6k lbs. Expy handles it fairly well. No problem with handling or stopping, but it could definitely use some extra grunt on the big mountain passes.
