The PCMs will come with two pre-programmed keys, but they WILL have to be cut to match your door locks and ignition switch. Give them your current PCM part number, and your Expy's date of manufacture and VIN just to make sure you get the most accurate replacement PCM.
What vehicle ? Can you find the pass-through on the engine bay side of the firewall ? You should find this pass-thropugh grommet just under the PCM computer on the firewall. Under the dash it comes through behind the blower.

So you have fuel pressure in the fuel rail, but it's still not starting. Did you inspect the PCM relay there in the fusebox ? ( top right relay in fusebox...) . You can swap those top row relays around, they're all the same part numbers. If you have a noid test light you can test for injector...

Cam phasers and timing chain & guides if they're original. This was the first year for the 3V motor and the lack of oil pressure to the top of the motor was a huge problem. Any DTC codes ? Inspect all vacuum lines for leaks around the intake. A smoke test of the intake system is your best bet...
For best performance premium is recommended. The motor will "run" on 87 octane but at reduced performance.

Put a fuel pressure gauge on the fuel rail schrader fitting and watch you fuel pressure during startup and cranking. You should see 40-50 psi at the rail. If it's a new fuel pump and you're still not seeing that pressure at the rail, connect a multimeter to the fuel pump's power wire and see...

I would recommend a smoke test on the intake system. The codes are both banks running lean. Which generally means a vacuum leak. If you have a can of starting fluid you can spray that around the intake too and listen for rpm increases or the sound of sucking air. The common culprits are the...

Yeah, one of the drawbacks of independent rear suspension is it doesn't lend itself to those type of add-ons. On the other hand it doesn't squat much when you put a load on it either. If you have a properly setup trailer you shouldn't need anything extra.

Well at least you know your intake repair worked. You can buy the Evap adaptor kit seperately on Amazon. They're pretty cheap. So the vacuum line to the EGR valve was pressurized ? You may be onto something. Do you have a vacuum gauge you can rig up to the EGR vacuum line and watch during the...
Yeah, pretty dumb place for it really. Or put it up at the front end instead of the back end. Can't unplug or disable it either.... Well, I guess you could cut & splice the plug wires under the switch ....
You're sure it's water and not coolant ? Those heater hoses are a common leak point. Just asking. Otherwise if it is just rain water, I would inspect that cowling gasket for tears over that area. That's the only way water can get up on top of the motor.
