    Yeah I'd start with the window regulator. The motor may still be fine. They do get hot running them up and down a few times. Even more so if there's strong resistance from the regulator. I would only use Motorcraft regulators too. The knock off's don't have good trim fitment in my experience...

    There's a set screw there on the throttle body, the side with the cable on it. You can turn that in to raise the idle. But if you ever get it running right you'll need to turn that back down so the IAC can manage the idle speed. .
