Is that your AC clutch relay you hear clicking ? Is this video made with your AC on ? Seems like an intake air leak of some type. The smoke test will give you a better idea. This issue is a new one right ? It idled ok when you took it on your road trip earlier? But it's some air leak that...
More likely they're talking about the blower motor control module, which is their new fancy term for the speed resistor. It's located behind the glove box. Remove the glove box and inspect it, and the harness it's plugged into. This plug is a common failure point and easily replaced. Look for...
Hope you have a good air compressor and impact gun & large impact socket set. The lower strut bolt is torqued to 300 ft lbs. Have you called around to local shops to ask what they charge to do the job you want done ?
.
Take it to an alignment shop and let them look it over. If you're not the original owner and don't know the maintenance history of the Expy, I'm guessing inner and outer tie rod ends and / or lower ball joints. But a shop can tell you for sure. If you've got oversize tires on it, those parts...
Do the hazard flashers work in the rear ? Any brake / turn signal voltage indications in the trailer plug ? Your top mount brake light doesn't work either ? It's circuit is independent of the side brake lights.

Is there a part number on it ? Guessing it's a 2004-2006 rear bumper cover. You can do a search online for comparative pictures. But a part number would clear it up. It'll fit an '03 too, but the '03 doesn't have the two middle park assist sensors in the harness. But the bumper itself would...
Yeah I'd start with the window regulator. The motor may still be fine. They do get hot running them up and down a few times. Even more so if there's strong resistance from the regulator. I would only use Motorcraft regulators too. The knock off's don't have good trim fitment in my experience...
Here's the online link to the service manual if you don't have it already.
You can peruse through and find the wiring diagrams and control modules, etc...
The 4x4 control module is in the pillar right by the driver's hip area.

What brand and octane gas are you normally using in the Expy ? Try a tank of premium and see if that clears it up. A couple of bottles of Techron in the tank wouldn't hurt either.
.
I assume you're not going to be doing the repair yourself ? You can buy the crossover gasket set and an intake manifold gasket set and take the Expy to a trusted repair shop. They'll probably charge you about 4 hours labor to do the repair.

Do you still have the original PCM and instrument cluster ? If you have a laptop you can use the free ForScan app to program the newly cut key to the original PCM and be good to go. Sounds like your dad is really being taken advantage of. Or you live in a really shady area, with no reliable or...

He's posted this same BS question about a dozen times in the last year and his account should be banned.
Yes, the brake booster can be a big source of vacuum leak if it's bad. If you hear hissing, try and determine if it's the booster's check valve there where the vacuum hose attaches. That is easily replaced. If it's the booster canister itself, that is a little more work, but very doable. But if...
How are your heater hoses in general ? You could just get you a 5/8" brass nipple pipe at HD and splice in and bypass the front heater core plumbing all together. When you do eventually need heat just let the rear heater moderate the temperature. Until you feel like tearing the dash out to...
You have a big vacuum leak. I would recommend doing a smoke test of the intake system to find the leaks. For your long and short term fuel trims, you want a combined fuel trim of not more than +10% . Clean your mass airflow sensor as well. You may even need to replace it, depending on it's...
In the General Section there's a sticky posted with a link to service manuals online.

There's a set screw there on the throttle body, the side with the cable on it. You can turn that in to raise the idle. But if you ever get it running right you'll need to turn that back down so the IAC can manage the idle speed.
.
What do the sparkplugs look like ? Clean the MAF . Is there an air filter ? Not K&N I hope. Look for vacuum leaks or smoke test the intake system with a smoke machine. Rotted vacuum lines are common at that age. Cylinders 7 & 8 are the two rear cylinders on the driver's side for those misfires...
Have you checked the bulbs ? Like with an ohm meter for continuity ? Or did the instrument lighting all of a sudden quit ?
If you need instrument cluster bulbs you can replace them with LEDs pretty easy. Are you getting 12v at the parking light sockets ?
