    You probably already know this but..... start with a really light coat that you can still almost see through, and then let it dry 20mins to half an hour..and continue adding coats . I went 4 coats on mine. Stuff is awesome.

    Help a new member?

    If you were stuck in 4x4 high, your truck would be kind of jumping and binding in the front when you go around a corner on dry pavement. You'd be able to feel it for sure.

    The rears look right, but really, you can just crank the stock torsion bars up 2 inches. Less stress on the cv joints and such, than if you go the aftermarket keys I think. Plus it's free.

    Like the others have said... 285/75's should fit right in there..... You can always do a little bit of torsion bar cranking in the front just to gain a little more room. You can get a good 2 inches, and then to level it out, there are coil spacers for the rear that range from 1 to 3 inches...

    Sorry.... didn't get back to you. Been working 12 hrs a day ( night I guess ) . Yes I did get them on ebay. Can't remember the dealer. Here's a pic of the ones I bought. They've been in for 4 years or so. No problems with them.

    I have the metal coil spring spacers in the back and a torsion bar crank in the front. . They worked for me. I also have a 3 inch body lift. But mine's a 4x4. Don't know too much about the 2 wheel drives.

    would plasti-dip fix my trim?

    I plastidipped all my trim and my wheels on my Expy, and my Jeep. No problems. Been 2 years, and it's holding up great.

    Exactly what I'd do. You know the in's and out's of the Expy. You know we have an awesome community forum... start a new project. I'm always tempted whenever I see a nice one up for sale. I love mine, but some of the newer ones have some of the extra interior features I wouldn't mind.

    Yeah... I just took the Arctic Edition logo, and personalized it a lttle. Drew it up on the computer, and took it to the local vinyl shop...Mine is a Yeti Edition now... I did that to my Jeep when they first announced the Arctics would only be available in Europe.. Then they ended up over here...

    Like Freeway says... mines a first gen, but it will give you an idea of the black on red look.... Plastidipped all my EB trim.. And back before I dipped my Wheels... PS.. Love your wheels.. I have the 5 spoke version of them on my Intrepid...
