How can I tell if my body has been lifted?
I don't know why a 3 inch body lift wouldn't work for your Expy... I have one. They are just being lazy. It's very labor intensive, and they probably don't want the hassle. 2 Squeaks ...!
Your buddy might be right. Maybe a failing U-joint. Easier to hear if you can drive along side a building, with the window down. Pretty rhythmic squeak. . My u joint made more vibration than noise. It really shuddered getting up to highway speed. The only sound I got out of that was a chirp on...- Lane24

Funny you shopuld mention that....You can actually buy wheel trim that comes in 4 pieces that wraps around the outside of the rim. Doing it for my Jeep. You just overlap it.... Looks pretty sweet.- Lane24

Ford expedition history.
I remember being so sad when the Expedition came out. I hated it. We had an 88 Eddie Bauer Bronco, and wanted a new Bronco. Couldn't believe they nixed the 2 door in favor of this 4 door monstrosity!!!!!! We also had an Explorer at the time. So one 4 door SUV was enough for us. Now I think it's...- Lane24

High beams + fog lights ???
I run mine whenever it's dark enough for headlights. Nice to have the extra lights. Lots of coyotes, deer, moose etc.... with nice shiny reflective eyes that can be seen a lot easier with the fogs on. I've run into enough animals in my time that it's nice to be able to avoid them now.- Lane24

If you are thinking about doing flat black.. just plastidip them. Then you can see how it looks. If you like it , keep it. If you don't like it ...peel it off... That's what I did.
