    you want it louder then but a bigger tip on it. the bigger and longer the tip the louder it is. tips are amplifiers for your exhaust. i was always afraid of them cause of rust, but you can get SS or Chrome tips. my dads chrome one is rust, but its still loud.

    unless you go thin wall tube nothing is going to be lighter. for off road abuse you want as much protection. so maybe some 1.5" .120wall tube with a thin skid plate for the front and same for rear, just minus the skid.

    are you planning on doing hard core off roading? i wouldnt get any spacers. if its a street queen youll be fine. adapters allow you to run different wheels made for different vehicles. so get spacers. 2" MAXXXXX!!!!!!!! never double stack spacers either.

    i LOVE 2wd! nice to do burn outs and to test your ability to go off roading with it. then turn the switch and BAM! 4wd. only reason i use A4wd is in the mountains to help so i dont lose traction in the turns or in the wet. in the snow i use 4HI.

    since its 2wd any of the 97-03 f150 LT kits WILL fit. but your talking anywhere from 2k-4k just for parts. then labor. then you need bigger tires, and fiber glass. and make it like this.
