ummm... im thinking just wiring the head unit to the speakers. with out using my little amp. would be a lot of work, how much would it cost for a shop to do it? to run all new wires from my head unit to the speakers. and i would just sell my head unit with my truck.
the crunch 2100 and a little dual 2 channel. but im thinking i can just wire every speaker up from the head unit. cant i? use the head unit wires and wire from there. i dont want to do all that work but if its cheaper than having a shop do it ill do it.

no. it was out of an expedition. he saw it at the junk yard and bought it. it worked great, but like i said. he had to wire everything up. and i have no clue how he did it.
it wont throw any codes. plenty of people on here have done it with out one problem. except bad mpg, the sound of the engine is so good that they cant keep the lead foot off the skinny pedal. but in theory your mpg should increase. i would do it, but cali dosent allow it.
i can get 14. but only during long drives. like to glamis or some place with no change in speed. thats the problem about going to the desert. i waste more fuel getting there than i do there. haha
