    i would try temporary to put a fuel presure guage on it, before just replacing the pump. how long has it been sence you put a fuel filter on it?

    replace radiator support

    just make sure that everything is square when you put the new support back on. X mesure across the front before you remove the support and mesure again when you put it back on. if its not square now you man need to have the front pulled first.

    it sounds like a gem module problem, disconect the battery take out the module dry it out and reinstall it and see if the problems go away. if not the water may have shorted it out.

    Seat belt not retracting very well

    try pulling it all the way out to see if it has a twist in it. sometimes that will hinder the way it retracts, and wipe it off as it goes back in. if not you should replace it.

    towing a sway control would help alot and also tires with a stiffer side wall will help alot. i know that is pricy but it will help.
