    Thanks for all the responses guys, I checked out the fender solenoid and that seems to be functioning fine, my ignition switch seems fine, so basically narrows it down to wires and the starter itself. For those of you who have replaced one on these trucks before...how should I go about doing it...

    Thermo I need some help, I tried this yet it still will not work. I used a dremel and took down the ramp so he knob does pull out perfectly without being turned fully to the headlight position, yet the fogs will still not come on without the low beams

    I've always considered removing mine since its lowered and I'm 6'6" too, but I was afraid of the frame rails being visible and taking away from the look. Can anyone let me know how visible the frame rails or other potential ugly/rusted things are with them removed?

    If the monitors have a power button on each one then just wire them to their own constant 12v source....my rearview mirror screen has a constant 12v, a ground, and a reverse camera wire, along with 2 video input cables. The screen only turns on when I press the button on it

    +1 on everything mentioned above, 4 extra monitors may give you problems if you just tapped directly to the headunit so a relay (delayed is a good idea) is the best option. Then the video signal amp will make sure they're all getting strong signals, instead of being cut down from using a bunch...

    You can tap into basically any of the illumination wires going to a nearby switch. For the footwells, it might be easiest to take out your ac controls and tap into the wires that go to the plug in light bulb that illuminates that since its kinda in the center of where you're looking to install...
