    Well listen to this I found a shop that will get me a new manifold take off any bolts that have broken off in the head and do my true dual setup for 690. That doesn't sound bad at all compared to the other quotes I've gotten.

    Thanks for the help guys I'm jus goin to have to wait till I get the money to get them fixed. And the stud size is a 7mm or 1/4 so hopefully I get sumone to help me cause I've never done this on the EXPO before.

    The bolt is 7mm or 1/4 my next question is do I have to take the whole manifold off or can I change the bolt that's bad because its not flush against the block.

    I would suggest advanced auto. That's where I got mine an they actually know wat they r talkin about.

    Hey guys I'm back any the EXPO has been running a lot better but i still have to change the o2 sensors. But wen I'm driving an I let my foot off of the gas it feels as if I'm driving on the strips on the side of the road. Wat can cause this granted the bushings haven't been changed.
