    i did an oil change with a k&n filter to make sure i had an antipass back and i used the motorcraft 5w20 synthetic. same deal its an 07 with 106k. i changre the oil between 5 and 6k usually closer to the 5 but always the rare 6k. i usually put in a quart of lucas but skipped it this time...

    in my third gen you fold the seat back down, and then tumble the whole seat towards the front. idk if its the same in yours or not.

    i put one in my fire depts 99. all the emergency lights and radios would actually kill it while idling. i used on from american power systems(i think that was the name) it put out 165 amps at idle insted of the 140 ish at road speed.

    hello, my driver seat bottom foam is getting worn out. the seat cover is fine for now but im looking to replace the foam before i tear the cover from it being loose. does anyone know where i can buy just the foam?

    damn manifolds

    well dropped it off to get fixed. ended up having two broken studs that needed to get drilled out. ended up with about $60 in studs nuts and gaskets, $40 in taxes, and 8 hrs labor for a total of about $670

    My trim rings just popped out. Use a smaller flathead screwdriver and gently pry. Start on the corner and once you see the tab that holds it in pry at that point. Just take your time and work around evenly

    go to havis sheild website. they make police consoles and have a step by step instructions sheet.

    mine broke off clean at the head so it will require drill and easy out at the least. just going to have the shop do it. truck has 95k on it and im thinking if one did it the rest prob arent to far behind so.

    stopped at a shop for a price since i dont really want to risk screwing up the heads, guy said between 4-500 average for the job but up to 700 if the manifold is bad and all the studs break. :buttkick:
