Good point lol, the lights will add to the height. I can barely fit through my bank drive through anymore, but I'm not worried. I'll definitely be getting dual 48" firestiks this summer, probably a month or so when I free up some money.- 99 Expy

Yes, that makes sense to me. I've done a bit of work with wiring back in auto class in high school, and done plenty with previous trucks. I think a lot of people make it more confusing than it really is. Just trace the wires that you need, and make sure there are fuses. . . I will have to get me...- 99 Expy

Ya, the yellow works great. I have been debating on keeping them stock and not doing HIDs so that I can use them as fog lights since I don't have any, but whenever I get around to building my bumper, they will be built in :)- 99 Expy

4.6 - Do I have to pull the fuel rail to remove COP7?
I can get some pics tomorrow. There are 2 coils that run 4 plugs each on the front passenger side of the motor, and the wires go from there. I guess they must have switched to COPs in the 4.6 in 2000.- 99 Expy

I should look into the Big 3 too. I have great night vision, but my headlights are HORRIBLE!!! and I spend quite a bit of time going in and out of the mountains in the dark, so I can use all the light I can get. With my Hellas off, I can be driving, and not see deer until they are pretty close...- 99 Expy

No problem, it always takes way longer the first time, but is a cinch after that. If you have to take the fuel rail off, it should be just a few bolts and pop off like you said. My rear end went out I think 2 years ago, and got a low mileage rear end from a salvage yard for about that price. My 99 4.6 XLT has wires instead of COPs. When I replaced my driver's side plugs and wires, I didn't remove the fuel rail, but I did unplug some of the fuel injector connections that were in the way along with some other wires. Looks pretty good! I have been debating on how many lights I want, but from the space you have, I will probably do 6 lights on top. How hard is it to remove the headliner? Maybe for the wires, you could drill a hole through the rail and roof, then when all of the wires are where you need them...- 99 Expy
