Your going to need a bunch of parts. I will list the ones I have used before, but there are a few other companies that makes similar ones. These are all from Metra.

I love laying fiberglass, have done quite a bit of it in the past. Just picked up the supplies to do the end caps of the beauty panel today. Fiberglass matt, resin, body filler, expanding foam and a butt load of tape.
Now waiting on the new DSP so I can rework the panel before the endcaps.

Also, decided today that I have discovered the I need JUST a little more from my DSP. SO the 6to8 is for sale. Got a Arc PS8. For sale here
Like the title says I have a used Mosconi 6to8 DSP and the DSP-RCD Controller for sale. in great condition, with only one small scratch. Comes with a 15' usb to mico usb cable for tuning with a laptop from the front seat.

man talk about little free time. Small update on the system progress. Amp mount and side panel are complete with cosmetic mount for the DSP. All the speaker lines are run (9 channels) Today I hope to get the DSP in and the speakers wired up.
Oh and decided to go in a different direction...
Ok didnt get as far as I wanted to this weekend at all due to some random crazy crap but here's what I did get done.
Removed everything from the trunk. rewired a 6 channel amp into a temp setup and took a ton of measurements to really start the plan out.
