    I love laying fiberglass, have done quite a bit of it in the past. Just picked up the supplies to do the end caps of the beauty panel today. Fiberglass matt, resin, body filler, expanding foam and a butt load of tape. Now waiting on the new DSP so I can rework the panel before the endcaps.

    The clarion NX706 and NX405 (both double din) NZ503 (Single din) all have dual zone and will let you control the rear DVD even when you cant see it.

    on a 97 you will also have to cut the dash surround. The opening is not quite a double din size.
