    This is what I used and the result I got. I did 1 light coat to start then a second heavier coat. I didn't do any prep work other than wiping them off with a wet paper towel. I was just using this to fill the time until I buy some smoked LED tail lights. I didn't do any sanding or anything...

    Does it jerk or is it like a shudder in the steering wheel? If it's a shudder in the steering wheel then my vote's for the U-Joint. If it is a jerk like it is missing then I would say COP or plug. Victor

    I still don't understand why there is a problem. The system in my wife's '98 is the Mach premium sound system and I have no issues. Do you have the original stereo that you could take a picture of the back of it so I could see the plugs? Victor

    There shouldn't have been any problem. Your vehicle is a 98 EB just like my wifes and I didn't have any issues. I used this harness that is for Ford Premium Sound systems Metra Part # 70-5600 | Ford wire harness | Metra Online I am willing to guess they used the wrong harness or something...
