penpoint test for B1355 Ignition RUN Circuit. Failure.

I just replace the blend door on a 1997 ford expedition and now I have a crank no start. When I ran DTC Im getting a B1355 Ignition RUN Circuit. Failure.Dose enyone have a penpoint test or something that may help? thank you
