looks good man i love the look of that exhaust you have. how did you set up your hid's in the front and were did you buy em from? ive been lookin into doin that for my rig but cant find a good set online and dont really know what the procedure is like
i think the scoop looks good with the new body trim style you have in the front i agree with blkstangg though i think the grill would look better with billet just my opinion though
looks good man i did the same thing for my front and rear bumper along with the lower side pannels. it adds alot to the custom look of the truck and is pretty inexpensive to do yourself
i had this problem forever with my 03 xlt. a good way to diagnose which door it was for me was drive around a bit with the lights on and door ajar sensor still on and eventually the interior lights will go off, then open each door one at a time and if the lights dont come on, that is the door...
i had the same problem when replacing my brake pads and the piston went alot further in than i had imagined it would, i ended up using a pipe clamp to compress it fully. but if it is completely compressed as you said, the next thing i would do is verify the part number as panda said cause it...
did you compress the brake caliper piston before you put the new pads in? the old pads are gonna be alot thinner so the piston would have been compressed alot more to function. since the new ones are thicker you need to compress the piston to make them fit in the caliper and over the rotor
i have that exact catback from magnaflow and i like it. gives it a nice rumble but not to the point of being too annoying pretty easy install too just watch out for the bend that goes over the back axel gettin that part to fit right was a pain and i had to chop the old pipe in a couple places...

hey i've been having the same problem with my 2003 expy xlt, i just replaced the front driver side door lock acutator (the one i guessed was malfunctioning) yet i'm still getting the same problem :( (door ajar light coming on when all doors are closed) which makes me think it may be another door...

i completely agree i did this mod the other morning and it really is as easy as everyone says it is. the difference is definately noticeable and without a question worth it for the $15 price tag
thanks for the input guys ive never even heard of the gotts mod till now but it definately sounds like the best idea for a quick cheap hp boost, i just made an apointment to get my front 2 windows tinted tomorrow so that project will have to wait a few days but im gonna try it asap. as far as...
So i just got another paycheck and now obviously have to blow most if not all of it on the expy :) i'm debating between truck steps for all 4 doors or a new cold air intake... anyone have any opinions? i don't really know many brands for the intake but i always like more horsepower
