    Oil filter Disaster

    Someone did not lube the gasket and installed it too tight. I have used a huge pair of Channel Lock pliers (16" version) and that has never failed on the most difficult of filters. Keep in mind it's a one shot deal as it will cave in the filter so no driving it after trying and failing to remove.

    2002 Expedition ? PLS

    I would be suspect of the dial temp selector on the dash, it should still blow cold just cycles the compressor more or less often as you rotate to a warmer position. I had a Tahoe do the same thing, they had to change the switch assembly.

    OEM 7 pin trailer harness HELP!

    Correct, never seen a power steering oil cooler before. What is nice is that Ford still utilizes the trans cooler built into the radiator as well so essentailly you have the trans fluid traveling through the radiator as well as the external cooler, should be fine for most towing duties.

    Checked the line, my 05 looks a little different from the photos, from what I can see the lines look fine I sprayed starting fluid (either) over the vaccum lines with no change in idle so I don't think I have any vaccum leaks. Once I figure out how to attach a photo I will.
