Gorgeous. Question on the “off road” capability of the newer Expy. Not looking to make it a Jeep, but need to be able to get places off the beating path. I have heard the IRS makes that challenging. Thoughts?

I don’t think the air was expelled properly when the new radiator was put in. No leaks that I can see and oil is good ( aside from from using too much of it 191k mike motor ). :-)

Update: I have been adding coolant over the past few days. I was low. Assume from when the radiator was replaced. Each time I fill it cold, then run it, then check it again, I am low. Will keep this up until “full” when cold.

Going to watch this one. I have very poor heat as well. Have not tried the back flush yet - looked at it, but not sure which hoses - rather not jack something up.

Did not think of that. Ok. So the lift / turning torsion bars will allow for bigger tires, which will increase ground clearance. Body lift then gives more room for tires, and increases approach angle... right?
Cannot see going to 35s. Would require new gears and the costs start adding up from...
Thinking about 2" leveling in rear, turn front torsion bars, and MAYBE 1-2" body lift. Figure will be $500 or so, then go with 285/70/17s (around 33" tire). This thing is still a DD (35 miles one way)...
